| The Georgian Association deeply regrets to announce the untimely and sad demise of the under mentioned Georgians. |

Mr. Ashok Kumar Sharma (1032/NH) (1963-1971) |
Was a good singer and volleyball player in School. Did his Law from Agra Univ and settled in New Delhi . Survived by his wife, two sons and a daughter. He was ailing for some time and died of cardiac arrest in the first week of August. |
Major SS Gurung (226/RH)
(1948-1953)

Joined the Army Service Corps and after retirement settled down in Bangalore. Very regularly attended all OBA Day functions for the past many years. He was keeping indifferent health and died due to cardiac arrest on 24th August 2011. |
Mr. M.K. Thomas (552/NH)
(1956-1961)
|
Was School Captain for 1960-61. On leaving the school, he became a Planter and managed Rubber Plantations at Kottayam (Kerala). Was a very active member of the batch of 1961 and participated in their get-togethers. He was keeping indifferent health and died on 25th August 2011. |

| 2. Transfer of Brig. A.K. Singh |
1421/NH Brig AK Singh, Commandant CMP Centre & School Bangalore has been posted out to Army Headquarters, New Delhi as DDG SD (B) and will be leaving on 20th Jun 2011. The OBA wish to thank Bring AK Singh for all the help and cooperation he has given in the last two years and wish him and his family the very best. He has been a pillar of strength and has shown tremendous “Georgian Spirit”.

| 3. We are Proud of them! |
The three Senior Most Serving Officers from Old Boys are 1063/RH Lt Gen Vinod Nayanar, Director General Artillery, 834/MH Lt Gen Ravi Shankar, Director General Boarder Roads and 789/MH Lt Gen SS Dahiya., Ministry of Defence. All three are at New Delhi.
